Refund policy

Thank you for choosing MRL Santa Maria BBQ Grills.

Each grill is handcrafted and built to order. Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final once fabrication has begun.

If your grill arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If you receive the wrong product or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another resolution.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before fabrication begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
